Valvrave the Liberator Part 1-2 is the story of a new era in which 70% of humans live in space with the development of the Dyson Sphere, a space city, as Earth is divided into two superpowers: the Dorssia Military Pact Federation, a power that grew out of a military alliance; and the Atlantic Rim United States (ARUS), which has increasing powers as it expands trade deals. A war between great powers took place.
